- In case of damage to the property caused by passengers, the passengers are responsible for reimbursement
- The tour may be cancelled on the day due to adverse weather or safety reasons
- The tour will still commence even during rainy weather. However, if sailing is impossible due to heavy rainstorm warnings, you may reschedule or receive a full refund
- You are not allowed to sail the yacht, even with a yacht license. In accordance to South Korean domestic laws, only a captain with a Korean boat driving license is allowed to operate the yacht
- For half-day/full-day options, the maximum sailing time is 1.5 hours/3 hours each. The yacht will be anchored at the marina for the remaining time
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
