・Boarding reception is until 30 minutes before departure. Please observe the reception time before boarding and the boarding time. If you are late, the tour will depart/start on time.

・There are no shops on the cruise ship. Please prepare your own drinks, snacks, motion sickness etc. in advance.
・Even if you make a reservation, it may be canceled due to sea conditions. In the case of poor visibility and bad weather, mainly due to strong winds, high waves, and thick fog, cancellations will be decided as a result of discussions with other companies in the same industry. In case of cancellation, we will contact you as soon as possible.
・Please complete boarding reception at least 30 minutes before departure.
・Life jackets are available for rent for all passengers. We will give it to you when you board the ship, so please be sure to wear it while sailing. Also available for children.
・Because we are dealing with nature, please understand that it is not 100% possible to meet animals.
・In Rausu, even in the middle of summer, there are many days when the temperature does not reach 20°C, and the sea feels even colder. Please take measures against the cold before boarding.
・Even if it rains, we may depart depending on the sea conditions. Raincoats are available for rent, although the number is limited. You are free to go in and out of the cabin, so please use it.
・If you are worried about seasickness, please prepare your own medicine to prevent seasickness. We do not sell them.
・You will be responsible for damage to your camera due to splashes of waves, damage due to rocking of the ship, loss of your belongings in the sea, etc.

- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
