In the event of special warning weather, the charter service may be canceled. If the service is cancelled, we will contact you one day before the charter date.
The itinerary route and time are subject to change and adjustment due to weather, traffic conditions or other special factors on the day.
If the attractions are closed due to bad weather or other force majeure factors on the day of the itinerary, the driver will make alternative suggestions and adjust the itinerary, but cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
The charter service time is the number of hours selected by the passenger, including the time when the passenger is late. If the trip is overtime due to personal reasons during the trip, additional overtime fees will be paid.
The driver will inform you of the exact reception time in advance. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 to 15 minutes before the reception time. In case of inconvenient parking in some hotels, no parking lot at the accommodation, traffic accidents, or traffic control at large events, the driver has the right to We apologize for changing the pick-up location and time, and please follow our instructions to move to a nearby or other designated location.
If there are special circumstances in the scenic spots visited on the day of the itinerary that require the driver to purchase a ticket to enter, the driver will not enter the scenic spot and will wait at the agreed location. We apologize for your understanding.
Customer service will contact you via SNS (Line/Whatsapp/Wechat) 2-3 days before the private charter car departure date and plan your itinerary and suggestions in advance.
