Private charter car Service Purchase Instructions To ensure a smoother trip, please read the following instructions before booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Order Confirmation This product uses a two-confirmation system. After the order is submitted, it needs to be confirmed by customer service. Only after confirmation is the booking considered successful.
Cancellation and Change Policy: If a traveler is unable to participate in the trip or cancels the trip at the last minute due to personal reasons, no refund or change service will be provided for the order. Thank you for your understanding.
In the event of force majeure (such as earthquakes, war, etc.), if the trip is cancelled as a result, no fees will be charged.
Private charter car service hours private charter car service is available from 07:00 to 21:00 (Japan time).
If the rental period exceeds this timeframe, additional charges may apply. Please confirm details with customer service in advance.
Please arrange your trip according to the number of passengers and luggage allowance for the vehicle type you booked.
If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity and cannot be adjusted, it may affect the itinerary. Any related losses incurred will be borne by the passengers themselves. Please take note.
To ensure the smooth running of the trip, we recommend that you arrive at the designated meeting point about 10 minutes in advance.
The private charter car time will be calculated from the originally agreed departure time.
Private charter car usage time instructions: If the actual usage time on the day is less than the booked time, you can choose to end the trip early, but the difference in booked time will not be refunded.
Departure time calculation method: The time for private charter car on the same day will be based on the departure time agreed upon at the time of booking.
If the departure is delayed due to the passenger's personal reasons, the time will still be calculated from the originally agreed time, not the actual departure time. Thank you for your cooperation.
To maintain a comfortable riding environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Please also try to avoid eating foods with strong odors; however, drinking water and beverages are fine.
A remote service fee will be charged if the trip departs from or ends in an area north of Nago City. Kunigami Village is not included in the private charter car service area. For detailed pricing information, please contact customer service.
This product can provide a receipt from Japan.
The overtime fee is 3000 yen per vehicle for every 30 minutes of overtime. Please pay the fee directly to the driver.
Additional charges apply for a child safety seat. This service includes one child safety seat (for children under 6 years old) provided free of charge.
If you require a second or more child safety seats, there will be a charge of 1,000 yen per day. Please inform us in advance when booking so that we can prepare them for you.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
