- The actual duration of the transfer depends on the traffic situation and weather conditions.
- If possible, kindly note your ideal route/attractions when booking.
- Guests who arbitrarily take another car will also be charged 100% of the fee.
- In cases of force majeure (terrorism, war, natural disaters, bad weather conditions, etc) or because of a ban on boat/ speedboat, cars, roads, strikes, the flight delay/cancel, etc... tour itineraries may be adjusted or cancelled. Booking shall be refunded for unused services and no other compensation to be applied.

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
