- The pickup time is between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, with the last pickup at 3:00 pm
- Please be aware that the availability of the activity may vary
- Each guest has a maximum weight limit of up to 110 kilograms or 250 pounds
- Don't forget to bring some extra cash and your camera to capture the memories
- Please note that the voucher is only valid for the specified tour date and time

The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.

- For cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
- For cancellations 0 to 0 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
