- Children aged 10–15 may ride their own ATV quad bike with adult supervision, and parents must provide their consent by signing a waiver form
- All travelers under the age of 18 will be provided with an ATV quad bike that meets the manufacturer's safety and age guidelines
- Tours, cruises, and activities are subject to weather conditions and availability
- Tour includes a lunch voucher valued at A$20 per adult or A$15 per child to be redeemed at any operating food outlet at Tangalooma Island Resort
- Eco Ranger Experience is subject to changes, availability, and animal attendance
- The tides and weather conditions affect wild dolphin watching and feeding activities. Wild dolphins are not guaranteed to show up, but according to the experience, there is a 98% chance to witness

Check-in opens at Holt Street Wharf one (1) hour before departure time
Before booking your ATV Quad Bike tour, it is a requirement that you carefully read and understand the Liability Waiver for the tour
Flash photography during the dolphin feeding activity is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from wearing any insect repellents, perfumes, deodorants, or sunscreens in the water. You will not be permitted to participate if you have a cold, flu, or any respiratory illness. Wear clothing that can get wet, remove any sharp or bulky jewelry, and consider renting waterproof waders from The Eco Centre. Use the provided bucket to disinfect your hands before handling the fish. Any violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the water
Each traveler can bring one (1) carry-on bag with dimensions no larger than 56cm (height) x 36cm (width) x 23cm (depth)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
