LEGOLAND New York opens rain or shine. Travelers are not allowed to request refunds or cancellation due to adverse weather, long queues, and force majeure events, so please consider before booking.

Complying with local laws, children below 8 years old are required to use a car seat. If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used on the day of the tour, each child below 8 years old will be required to use a car seat. If you are traveling with children below 8 years old, please contact the local travel agency to confirm the vehicle type and car seat rental (USD $10/day). Failure to do so may result in admission decline.
All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass).
Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
The tour guide will arrange the drop-off sequence for the return route.
The drop-off time may be delayed due to traffic congestion. Please refrain from arranging other activities or flights on the day of the tour.
In the event of force majeure situations (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays which cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered.
Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for their lost or damaged baggage. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered.
If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that 0% of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly.
In the event of weather, war, strikes, or force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. The attraction tickets will be refunded, except for the tickets for optional experiences. Please note that the tour registration fee is non-refundable.
