- Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour, so please carry your ID documents at all times in case of such an event
- The vehicle type is subject to the number of travelers (7 or 14 seater vehicle options)
- Complying with local laws, children below 8 years old are required to use a car seat. If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used on the day of the tour, each child below 8 years old will be charged as an adult. If a non-aforementioned bus type is arranged, free admission will be available for children below 2 years old. They must not occupy a seat (example: a group of 2 adults and 2 children below 2 years old)
- The vehicle type will be confirmed 2 days before the tour. If you are traveling with children below 2 years old, please contact KKday 2 days before departure to confirm the applicable package options. The operating hours of each attraction are subject to change due to the pandemic.

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

LEGOLAND New York opens rain or shine. Travelers are not allowed to request refunds or cancellation due to adverse weather, long queues, and force majeure events, so please consider before booking.
For safety reasons, travelers are required to undergo a security check upon entry, please visit the official website to learn what items are prohibited beforehand to avoid admission decline.
Complying with local laws, children below 8 years old are required to use a car seat. If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used on the day of the tour, each child below 8 years old will be required to use a car seat. If you are traveling with children below 8 years old, please contact the local travel agency to confirm the vehicle type and car seat rental (USD $10/day). Failure to do so may result in admission decline.
All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass).
Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
The tour guide will arrange the drop-off sequence for the return route.
The drop-off time may be delayed due to traffic congestion. Please refrain from arranging other activities or flights on the day of the tour.
In the event of force majeure situations (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays which cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered.
Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for their lost or damaged baggage. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered.
If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that 0% of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly.
In the event of weather, war, strikes, or force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. The attraction tickets will be refunded, except for the tickets for optional experiences. Please note that the tour registration fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
