- Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian and sign a consent form.
- Please present a valid diving license before participating in the activity. The dive guide will arrange suitable dive sites based on the number of divers and their experience.
- Humphead parrotfish and Red snapper: This is a special tour: dates are not fixed, including full moon and new moon. Please inquire about the dates before participating, as morning diving activities are required. The meeting time is in the early morning, and the tour is based on the order voucher. A minimum of four people are required to participate.
- If you choose the Peleliu waterway, the price difference due to the boat distance and Peleliu tax is USD$60 per person (including Peleliu tax, valid for 10 days).
- Dives in the Peleliu waters require discussion with the dive guide; departure is not guaranteed.
- The tour does not include pick-up and drop-off at hotels outside of Koror city center. If you require pick-up and drop-off, please pay USD$12 to the tour guide.
- If you require additional diving services, please include this information in the order notes for discussion.
- If you wish to rent equipment, please inform us in advance of your booking. Rental fees are due in cash at the end of the dive on the same day.

As diving is a relatively strenuous and dangerous activity, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in your home country before departure. You will be responsible for any medical or compensation costs incurred in the event of any accidental injury during the trip.

Only those with OW qualification or above can participate in certified diving trips. There are no restrictions on the licensing system. However, you need to inform and provide photos of your certificate (front and back), accumulated tank volume and last dive time.
The itinerary is easily affected by weather and other circumstances. The captain has the right to adjust, cancel, extend or shorten the itinerary due to force majeure before and after departure
The tour is limited to those who are over 12 years old and have no special diseases. Please do not drink excessively before diving to avoid physical discomfort
The pick-up service may be delayed due to traffic and weather, and the delay time may be about 15 to 30 minutes
If the travellers miss the itinerary due to tardiness or other personal factors, no refund or any additional compensation will be given
Please provide the name of your hotel when booking. Hotels in Koror City are eligible for free pick-up service. If your hotel is located in Allai City, an additional fee of US$10 is required for each passenger. Please pay cash directly to the tour guide on the day
If you need a prescription mask for myopia, please indicate the request in advance. If you wear contact lenses, you can dive with contact lenses
A gas tank lasts about 40 minutes. If the gas tank is not used due to various reasons, no refund will be given
If those who sign up for deep diving have cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, severe respiratory disease, epilepsy, long-term medication or chronic diseases, please ask the doctor to issue an approval before participating in the activity
According to the weather, tide and wave conditions of the day, the instructor has the right to change the dive site. If it is impossible to go to sea due to natural reasons, the fee will be refunded or rescheduled based on safety considerations

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 3 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
