Smoking is not permitted in the aquarium
The aquarium provides audio guides in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. There are only 100 free audio guide devices available on-site
Travelers may rent a wheelchair or stroller on-site for free (reservation not acceptable)
Pets (excluding service animals) are not permitted admission
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises; travelers may only eat and drink in the Observation Lobby (vending machines are available)
If you wish to re-enter the aquarium after leaving, please have your hand stamped at the exit by the on-site staff
Travelers may take photos and record videos, but the use of flash is prohibited
In the event of aquarium closure due to adverse weather, full refunds will be issued (excluding transportation fees and travel expenses)
