Purchase Notice
- All passengers must present valid identification cards upon the collection of the vehicle
- Rental days are charged per calendar day on a 24-hour basis. NO EXTENSION ALLOWED AFTER CONFIRMATION
- For motorcycles, each rental comes with 2 helmets
- Pickup points are at both the Langkawi Jetties and the Langkawi International Airport
- Pickup and drop-off times are between 8:00 am– 9:30 pm
- Guests will be contacted by the supplier via call or WhatsApp in order to arrange their pickup
- You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel, missing fuel will be charged on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
- In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount up to a small manageable amount. It is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information, please check at the rental desk.
- 24 hours breakdown service and replacement of the vehicle is available depending on distance and time of the day. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
- Insurance Coverage -
a) Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
- CDW is included in your rental amount.
- Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
- The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups:
- The maximum excess amount for compact (4-5 door) and compact limousine vehicle groups is MYR 5000.
- The maximum excess amount for standard Van groups is MYR 7000.
- The maximum excess amount for special Van groups is MYR 11000.
- The maximum excess amount for standard elite Van groups is MYR 17500.
- The maximum excess amount for luxury elite vehicle groups is MYR 18500.
b) Theft Waiver (THW)
- THW is included in your rental amount.
- Theft Waiver reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the excess/deductible amount.
- The excess amount for THW depends on the vehicle groups:
- The maximum excess amount for compact (4-5 door) and compact limousine vehicle groups is MYR 5000.
- The maximum excess amount for standard Van groups is MYR 7000.
- The maximum excess amount for special Van groups is MYR 11000.
- The maximum excess amount for standard elite Van groups is MYR 17500.
- The maximum excess amount for luxury elite vehicle groups is MYR 18500.
Surcharge(s)
Deposit
The charges a security deposit between RM 100.00 - 300.00. The final amount will be determined at the car rental company. Only Cash accepting.

Guests will be contacted by call or WhatsApp by the supplier in order to arrange their pickup
Rental days are charged per calendar day on a 24-hour basis, e.g., car pick up time on May 5th 10:00am, you book 1 day, you need to return the car before May 6th 10:00am
For foreigner if your license is not in the language used in your destination country, an International Driving Permit (IDP) to accompany your national driving license is highly recommended.
Customers need to fill the tank according to the customer's travel needs, and please return the car with the same amount of fuel that they picked it up with
Customers pay for tolls they have driven through on rental day
The minimum driver age is 20 years and the maximum age is 80 years.
Drivers must have a full and valid driving license for at least 1 year which is also recognized and valid in Malaysia. In addition, a valid identity card or passport must be required upon collection.
Expired driving licences are not accepted.
Cross-border travel such as Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand is not allowed.

How to Redeem Your Voucher
Voucher Redemption Period
- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
