— Important Information —

  • The rider must be from 18 years old and have a valid driving license.
  • Required documents: Nationality Identity Number/Passport and valid driving license and international driving license for Non-Vietnamese travelers (the actual license, not picture on phone or a photocopy) when receiving the motorbike from supplier.
  • 1 rental day based on 24 hours. Should rental time is under 24 hours, the rental price is still as one day.
  • Types of motorbikes: 
  1. Motorbike: Yamaha Sirius
  2. Scooter: Honda AirBlade, Vision and Lead
  • Pick-up & Return points:
  1. Pick-up address: 36 Ta My Duat, An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City (Map) 
  2. Free vehicle delivery at the airport, train station, hotel in the city center, Hai Chau district, Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son. Less than 5km from Pick-up address.
  3. NO delivery in Lien Chieu and Cam Le districts, Central Bus Station area.
  • A photo of the customer's ID and driving license is taken and deposit 500,000 VND - 800,000 VND. No documents given as guarantee required. Deposit money is refunded when returning vehicle.


— Additional Information —

  • Do not peel or tear the warranty stamp on the motorbike.
  • During the rental time, the renter must be responsible for operating the vehicle in strict compliance with Vietnam's traffic safety laws.
  • In case there's any problem during the rental process, the renter needs to contact the service provider directly for solution.
  • Support to change vehicles for customers even outside the province or going in the inner city. In case of punctured tires or flat tyre, the customer will pay the fee.
  • When receiving vehicle, vehicle is delivered with a specific amount of petrol. Extra fuel fee is at your own expense. Vehicle can be returned at any fuel level.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
