Meeting point description: Board your cruise at the port adjacent to the Szent Istvan Park.(Budapest, Portum Lines, Dock 42 port, Szent István Park, Hungary)
Accessibility:Unfortunately, the experience is not completely steps-free, therefore this tour is recommended only to participants who are able to walk a short distance. Self-balancing wheelchairs can not be handled
Not allowed:Respect other passengers while waiting in the line: no smoking, shouting, skipping the line etc.
You may not bring your own drinks, but they are available for purchase on board
Know in advance:Please arrive at the dock 15 minutes prior to departure
Youths up to 14 years old need to be accompanied by an adult
Toilets on board are available - though they will be closed 5 minutes before the sailing is finished
If you miss the cruise, you can use the same voucher on other departure times for a fee of 7€ per person on the boat. The offer ends on the day following the original departure date

- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
