Starting from 5 May 2026, Cafe at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui proudly introduces its brand‑new “Taste of Asia” dinner buffet. The culinary team showcases authentic specialties from across Asia, prepared live at the open kitchen with fresh ingredients to take guests on a memorable gastronomic journey. 

Guests can begin with refreshing appetizers such as Fruit rojak and Thai green papaya salad. The sashimi counter features red shrimp, tuna, herring and salmon, with sweet scallop sashimi available from Friday to Sunday. The chilled seafood station brims with crab legs, mussels, prawns and crayfish, offering an ocean‑fresh indulgence. 

The hot dishes selection is extensive ranging from Sambal sotong, Bak kut teh, freshly made Wagyu pho, Tom yum shrimp soup, Thai‑style braised pork knuckle, Pad Thai, Strawberry sweet and sour pork ribs, Malaysian satay skewers and Beef rendang. Other recommendations include Taiwanese crispy chicken and Korean steamed kimchi dumplings, adding the lively spirit of Asian street food to the buffet. 

Cafe’s signature poached sustainable Boston lobsters are served unlimited, alongside Thai red curry lobster claws. From Friday to Sunday, guests can also enjoy Sambal grilled lobster, adding a fiery twist to the indulgence. Western, Chinese, Indian and barbecue favourites further enrich the spread, ensuring every palate is satisfied. 

The dessert station tempts with Thai milk tea cream cake, Durian kaya cream cake, Thai pumpkin custard, Malaysian coffee panna cotta with cream cheese, Shaved ice, and Coconut pandan ice cream, perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth. 

To elevate the dining journey, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks including Thai tea with condensed milk, Pandan colada and other refreshing creations throughout May. From June onwards, these beverages will be available by the glass, inviting guests to continue savouring the vibrant flavours of Asia.

From September 2026, Cafe at Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui invites guests to savour the all‑new “Taste of Europe” Dinner Buffet, where the culinary team showcases premium ingredients in a continental feast of flavours.

Guests can begin with refined cold selections such as a Cheese platter with honeycomb, Obsiblue prawn tartare, and Pâté en croûte. The chilled seafood station overflowing with Crab legs, Mussels, King prawns and Crawfish, promising ocean-fresh indulgence, while sashimi highlights include Red shrimp, Tuna, Herring, and Salmon, with Sweet scallop sashimi available every weekend.

The carving station has been upgraded to offer a selection of premium Australian beef cuts, including iron steak, flap meat, tomahawk, and rump cap. Hot dishes highlights include Seafood paella, Four cheese pizza, Sausage platter and Roasted beer chicken. At the teppan station, indulge in Seared duck liver with bagels (one piece per guest daily). Savour the theatrical Carbonara tossed in a parmesan wheel from Monday to Thursday, while French blue mussels in white wine will be served every weekend.
