- Smoking and drinking on the premises are not allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately if caught by a staff member
- Guests must wear modest swimwear or shirts and t-shirts at all times for safety purposes
- For your comfort and safety, all guests are required to comply with the appropriate dress code when swimming or using the rides in the waterpark
- All swimming attire should be free of zippers, buttons, or other hard objects. Swim diapers will be required for infants
- Lockers and towels are available for rent but are subject to availability
- Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings
- Rides or attractions may be closed at times due to bad weather, repairs, or maintenance
- Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast reserves the right to change operating hours, close certain rides or attractions, restrict the number of visitors, or cancel or amend any activity without prior notice
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold
- No refunds will be given due to rides or closures of attractions, bad weather, or any other circumstances
