The once-anonymous theater, now the most famous cabaret in Paris, owes its fame to Gustave Eiffel. The French cancan reigns supreme here, and guests can choose from tickets with champagne or dinner. The Gustave Eiffel and Prestige menus are three-course meals developed by Guy Savoy, served with Bordeaux and Champagne. The oldest cabaret in the world is a short walk from Notre-Dame, and the latest revue, "L'Oiseau Paradis," embraces technology and sensuality.
