Hateruma Island is famous for its unique glow and one of the most beautiful seas in Yaeyama.
Taketomi Island is about 10 minutes away from Ishigaki Island by high-speed boat. It is simple yet retains the traditional beauty. The original style of Okinawa is fully preserved on Taketomi Island. Therefore, it is designated as an important traditional preservation area in Japan. The Yaeyama on the island is also a popular tourist attraction.
Purchase Notice
- Each paying adult can bring 1 child under 6 years old. Additional children must purchase a child ticket. If the ferry is full, unpaid children will not be able to use their own seats.
- In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, ferry services may be reduced from time to time. Please refer to the official website for ferry schedule information.
- The ticket exchange time is from the business hours on the day of boarding to 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- The return ferry route cannot be changed for round-trip tickets.
- If you need to refund the ticket after redemption, you will need to pay a handling fee.
- No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is caused by force majeure such as weather.
- Please note that the sailing time may vary depending on the sea conditions on the day.
- Small animals such as dogs and cats can be brought on board in cages. Uncaged or large animals are not allowed on board.

How to Use Your Voucher
- The e-voucher will be sent to your email inbox. Please exchange it for physical tickets at the designated location
Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
- The outbound flight from Ishigaki Port requires reservation, and the return ticket is valid within 14 days of the departure date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
