I had to book this tour last minute, as in the night before. I am surprised that they replied and confirmed not long enough. It’s a half day tour so I thought it will be fast-paced and knowing its a group tour, I already set my expectation that it will be crowded. To my surprised, the group is small, we were only 8 pax. The other tour guide from the same company also has around the same group. Which is very well, because the bigger the crowd it is more difficult for the guide and the rest as you have to wait for the missing member (if there is one who always love to stay away from the group). Luckily our group is very mindful of each other and follow rules which makes things easier. The itinerary even though there are 3 activities fit into a half day tour doesn’t feel that rushed and it’s feasible. I appreciate our guide - Zizi, she is amazing! Her company is lucky to have her. Cheers!
The contact was a bit late, but it was still completed. The driver notified me of the ride details a day in advance. The pick-up time in the morning wasn't very accurate; I waited for about an hour and took two breaks. One service area was clean, and the other was dirty. But overall, the trip was quite pleasant.
Seamless entry with QR code. We went in Mar in a foggy morning with poor visibility. In fact for the 4
Days there visibility is poor. Recommend the upward funicular unless you are moderately fit and don’t mind steep steps up and down. With a child, this was perfect for us. The experience itself
Was just ok but feels nice to be at the top. Very crowed when we went on a weekday morning around 9am, afternoon much better for beating the crowd. But watch for the opening hours for transport so give yourself enough time. We spent quite a bit of time queuing so it wasn’t that fun.
I enjoyed taking a romantic train trip with my family.
