Chang Island

The voucher states a departure time of 10:00 AM, which is the ferry departure time from the Koh Chang pier. The supplier will send songthaews (shared taxis) to pick up guests from the southernmost hotel and head north. Since we stayed at Kepe Beach, the furthest from the pier, the driver arrived at the hotel parking lot at the scheduled time of 8:50 AM, making us the first group to board. The driver will take us to the pier, where we will wait for the ferry ourselves. After disembarking, please remember to go to the Boonsiri office opposite the pier to check in with your passport and voucher. There are three bus stops for the return trip: Suvarnabhumi Airport, Airport Rail Link A2 Lat, etc. At Krabang station and the boarding point, the boonsiri office on Khao San Road, passengers will be given stickers depending on their alighting location. After boarding, the driver will provide lunch and water. Once everyone is on board, the bus will depart and stop at a rest stop for about two and a half hours for a 30-minute break. Near the airport, another rest stop will be available for passengers going to Suvarnabhumi Airport to disembark and transfer to a minibus. The bus will then continue to the second airport MRT station. It is strongly recommended that if your accommodation is not near Khao San Road, you get off at Airport MRT Station A2, as the return journey to Khao San Road involves numerous MRT construction projects, adding 30-40 minutes to your journey. Since this tour is not frequently booked by Taiwanese tourists, I wanted to share my experience for your reference.

The shop was very proactive in confirming pick-up and drop-off arrangements and informing customers in advance what to bring. The driver arrived on time and provided detailed instructions on boarding and disembarking procedures at the pier. Lunch, coffee, and fruit are provided on board; feel free to eat as you get hungry easily, so be sure to bring snacks. Life jackets and masks are provided, and be sure to bring a towel, as it can get cold after getting out of the water. The service at KKday is truly excellent.

The price was cheap, the car was comfortable, the driver was attentive and drove safely, and the staff responded to messages very quickly. It was a pity that there was a language barrier with the driver.
