Hwacheon Sancheoneo

You can access the Hwacheon Ice Festival using public transport. From Seoul, take the general subway line departing from Sangbong Station every 20 minutes and alight at Namchuncheon Station. From there, take an intercity bus to Hwacheon. Alternatively, if you take the ITX-Cheongchun train from Yongsan or Cheongnyangni Station, get off at Namchuncheon Station and then board an intercity bus to Hwacheon.
