On November 23, 2025, we happened to be there during Japan's three-day weekend, which shortened our time at the attractions. However, our tour guide adjusted the schedule to ensure we had enough time to see everything. Although we still didn't have enough time for Toshogu Shrine, the guide still shared some historical stories to help us understand the site better! Our guide, Sophie, was very professional and experienced! Highly recommended! Autumn Foliage: The autumn leaves along Irohazaka were almost all gone, and the Red Bridge was just beginning to fall! Beautiful sunlight!
Long queues already formed starting at 9 AM, saving you time on ticket purchases. If you have a travel pass, you get a 10% discount if you buy tickets on-site! But you still have to queue! The cable car is small, so it moves slowly!
Our tour guide and driver, Ka Ki, were very kind and took great care of everyone in the group. The entire schedule was perfectly arranged, allowing us to spend a wonderful day in Sunshine and see the beautiful autumn leaves.
