We really enjoyed our Hanoi Full Day Tour, and Thao was an excellent guide. He was very considerate, especially toward the elderly in our group, always checking in and making sure everyone felt comfortable. He kept the pace easy to follow and shared interesting stories throughout the day. A special highlight was his beautiful performance of a traditional Hmong song on his bamboo flute — such a memorable moment. Highly recommend this tour and Thao’s warm, attentive guidance.

本次是預定中文導遊，但因為過年的關係中文導遊人數不足，幫我們更換成英文導遊，並把費用價差退還給我們。導遊Bao很細心，照顧著每位旅客的需求和保護我們的安全，雖然是英文解說，但他講的很標準，可以聽的很清楚。想到寧平參加一日遊的話，很推薦這個行程，接駁車很高級也有提供美味的午餐，玩下來很充實！

安排非常順暢，事先聯絡非常安心 導遊提前聯絡提醒注意事項跟攜帶的物品 非常用心 可以客製化調整行程，遊船很輕鬆 河水平靜很愜意，爬山比較需要體力 但大概是台北爬象山的程度而已 當天導遊司機導遊提早到飯店接我們，不只是帶我們到景點 ，對於越南的歷史、文化介紹也都非常專業，從越南各國朝代的歷史 景點的背景故事到美食推薦都非常用心，一路上也都聊得非常開心，行程結束後還幫我們找了附近的超市方便購物，服務周到👍

I took a double sleeper cabin ticket with a bit higher price for me and my wife, and singe cabin ticket with a bit lower price for my solo friend. Yet my cabin and friends cabin was exactly same.

写真と同じ、綺麗で大きなバスで迎えに来てくれました。清掃も行き届いていて、スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。事前にWhatsAppを通して連絡もくれるので、待ち合わせもスムーズでした。 カットバへ行く際はこの送迎利用をとてもお勧めします。

Punctual pick up, great guide, good lunch. Sufficient time for all destinations. The guide gave detailed explanation and shared background stories. Not for those who want in-depth visits. This was expected when I booked this trip. I could have stayed on the Hang Mua viewpoint for another 1 hour or 2 if I go there by myself. We also didn't have time to go close to the pagoda in Bai Dinh temple and couldn't choose which route to take for the Trang An boat ride. One thing to improve on: the van used was small. Cramped seats.
