Popular 节庆& 嘉年华 in 仙台

The fireworks themselves were superb but the organisation of the tickets etc left a lot to be desired. We arrived well before the advised departure time and we were asked to wait. More and more people arrived and waited until the arranged departure time had been and gone as we had to wait for latecomers. Finally the organisers decided it would be a good time to allocate tickets which was done by calling names and handing out tickets. Why couldn’t this have been done as people arrived? We then , as a group of around 50 people, had to follow the organiser approximately 2km to the display. This was complete chaos as the town was very busy and the group was unable to keep up with the organiser since we had to cross many roads. As there were 3 organisers, it would have made sense for them each to take people in smaller groups of maybe 15 people as they arrived to collect their tickets.
