日本人の友人、そのオーストラリア人のご主人、私と4歳・0歳の子どもたちで参加しました。 今回は箸づくりと抹茶立ての体験をしました。抹茶の歴史や作り方について、日本語と英語の両方で丁寧に説明していただけたので、オーストラリア人の友人にも分かりやすく、とても良かったです。友人のご主人も楽しんでくれたようで、満足していました。 4歳の子どもには箸づくりは少し難しく、大人でも意外と力が必要でした。こだわって作ると時間もかかります。私自身、0歳の子どものお世話をしながら4歳の子に教えるのは難しかったのですが、スタッフの方が4歳の子に付き添って一緒に作ってくださいました。途中で飽きないように色々と工夫してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。 さらに、私が箸づくりをしている間は0歳の子をスタッフの方が抱っこしてくださり、本当に助かりました。子連れでの参加でしたが、スタッフの皆さんの細やかな気遣いがとても嬉しかったです。 抹茶立ても、4歳の子がじっとしているのが難しかったところ、スタッフの方のご厚意で体験させてもらいました。初めての抹茶でしたが、子どもは「おいしい！」と喜んでいて、少し多めの牛乳で割って飲ませてもらいました。 箸づくりと抹茶立てを合わせて、体験時間は1時間半ほどでした。私自身も箸づくりがとても楽しかったです。 帰りにはお土産で駄菓子までい

You can sharpen a Japanese knife , make your own chopsticks , and enjoy matcha with traditional sweets. The knife-sharpening experience was especially fun—it really made me feel like a Japanese craftsman! The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly in English, so it was easy and enjoyable. You can even take your handmade knife and chopsticks home! Just remember to pack them in your checked luggage when flying If you want to experience authentic Japanese culture beyond sightseeing, I highly recommend it!

I had a great time here! The staff were very kind and patiently taught me how to sharpen a Japanese knife. The instructions were easy to follow, even for a beginner. I also enjoyed making matcha using traditional tea ceremony tools. It was a fun and unique experience, and I learned a lot about Japanese culture. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Japan!
