  2. Service fees for the driver/guide and any self-paid items not included in the tour fee must be paid in cash. Please plan for these expenses before joining the tour.
  3. For tours with fixed meeting points, if you fail to arrive on time and miss the departure, you will not be able to join the tour, and no refund will be provided.
  4. After payment, please ensure the contact information provided in your booking is reachable so we can update you on your order status. If your contact information changes before the tour, please notify us immediately so the tour guide can reach you on the day of the tour. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from our inability to contact you due to your personal reasons.
  5. All product prices are subject to change during peak seasons and holidays due to hotel pricing. In such cases, we reserve the right to make changes without further notice.
  6. Once you receive your tour voucher, please read it carefully. Print it out or have a digital copy ready to present to your tour guide when joining the tour.
  7. If you need to book transportation (such as flights, cruises, buses, etc.) or other personal travel plans, please do so only after receiving our tour confirmation email. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or losses caused by your own arrangements if the tour is not confirmed (e.g., sold out).
  8. In the event of force majeure such as weather, war, or strikes that prevent the tour from proceeding, we will do our best to protect the safety of our guests and their property. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary and will not be held liable for any direct or indirect costs (such as transportation, accommodation, etc.) caused by force majeure. Paid tour fees will not be refunded.
  9. If an agent or guest withdraws from or fails to participate in any part of the itinerary on the day of or during the trip due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accidents), the paid tour fee will not be refunded, and no other services will be provided as compensation.
  10. All our vehicles are insured. However, given that various unexpected situations may occur during the trip that could prevent you from following the planned itinerary, we do not cover any direct or indirect accident claims during the tour. We strongly recommend that you purchase separate commercial travel insurance to protect your rights.
  11. This tour is designed for adults capable of independent travel. We do not recommend infants under 3 years old, seniors over 75 years old, or pregnant women to join. If you insist on joining, you must assume all risks and responsibilities. Guests over 75 years old must provide a scanned copy or original of a liability waiver signed by themselves and at least one immediate family member before confirmation. We are not responsible for any sudden illnesses during the trip.
  12. Some attractions may be closed due to holidays (such as Christmas), maintenance, or natural disasters. Please check with your tour guide on the day for the final itinerary. We are not responsible for such closures.
  13. The tour bus model may change, or you may be transferred to a different bus or assigned a different guide during the tour. This will not affect your tour experience. We reserve the right of final interpretation.
  14. During peak season, hotel availability may be limited. We may arrange a hotel of the same standard for you.
  15. The itinerary order may be adjusted based on your specific departure date. You may consult your guide during the tour or contact us to confirm the specific order before departure. We are not responsible for any missed flights caused by changes in the itinerary order if you do not confirm in advance.
  16. The driver's standard working hours are 10 hours per day (calculated from the scheduled meeting time). No overtime fees apply for the standard itinerary. If overtime occurs due to requests from guests to add attractions or extend stay times, the costs shall be borne by the guest who made the request or shared among all guests. If overtime is caused by a guest's late arrival, the guest is responsible for the cost. The overtime fee is US$120 per hour, and any duration less than one hour is counted as one hour. Gratuities are calculated starting from the first day of service. No refunds for leaving the tour mid-way.
  17. We reserve the right to transfer guests to a different vehicle and assign a different guide and driver during the tour if necessary for operational convenience.

  3.  Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, gender, contact details, and accurate flight information or pickup location, to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel. You are responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
  4. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult. Minors or children traveling alone cannot join this tour.
  5. To ensure vehicle safety, improve tour guide service quality, and monitor service standards, our company installs dashcams inside and outside all operating vehicles, and tour guides wear recording devices. By presenting your tour confirmation, you agree to our collection of video footage from inside and outside the vehicle.
  6. After you complete your payment, we will send your tour voucher to your registered email address 1-3 business days before departure. If the product is sold out during peak periods, we will contact you immediately to reschedule or change your itinerary.
  7. We do not guarantee specific room types for hotels involved in boutique small-group tours. If guests choose a room for 3 or 4 people, we will try our best to arrange a room with two beds, but we cannot guarantee it. If you need an extra bed, please consult the hotel front desk directly. Hotel terms and conditions apply, and you are responsible for any additional costs.
  8. Hotels offer different room types, such as a room with one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. The maximum occupancy per room is 2-4 people, including adults and children. Each hotel has different deposit policies (usually collected and refunded via credit card), and guests are required to cooperate according to the specific regulations. We guarantee the number of rooms booked but do not guarantee specific room types or locations. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
  9. For hotel deposits, each group of guests must carry a credit or debit card that can be used at the destination and cooperate with the hotel's deposit pre-authorization or payment procedures upon check-in. Deposit amounts and payment methods are subject to the hotel's specific policies. If there are no additional charges, the hotel will refund the deposit to the original payment method within 7-14 business days for U.S. cards and 14-21 business days for international cards after check-out. The actual arrival time may vary depending on the bank's processing procedures. Thank you for your understanding. We are not responsible for recovering credit card deposits but can assist customers in checking the status with the hotel.
  10. Smoking and using portable electric cookers (zihaiguo) are prohibited in U.S. hotels. Violators will be fined US$200-250 and held legally responsible.
  11. Boutique small-group tours do not allow guests to bring their own National Park passes or attraction tickets. If guests bring their own, we will refuse to provide transportation services for that day, and guests must arrange their own transportation. (Non-U.S. residents may bring their own National Park passes.)
  12. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the tour. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed due to holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include exterior views or replace it with other attractions to ensure the richness of the tour. Opening hours and crowd control at attractions and National Parks change from time to time; if this affects the itinerary, it is considered a force majeure event, and fees are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
  13. In the event of natural disasters, weather, strikes, road conditions, or other force majeure factors, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and hotels to ensure the safety and rights of travelers. Fees are non-refundable. If force majeure prevents us from reaching the pickup/drop-off location, we are not responsible for any inconvenience, flight, train, or other additional costs incurred by the guests due to itinerary delays.
  14. Luggage limit: Due to vehicle and passenger capacity limits, each person is allowed to bring one 26-inch suitcase. If the luggage exceeds this limit and cannot be accommodated, the guest is responsible. We provide free storage for excess or oversized luggage at the departure city. (We provide new locks, but the cost of the key is at your own expense. Please keep the key safe; we are not responsible for any consequences of lost keys.)
  15. Please keep your luggage safe during the trip. If your luggage is lost at a hotel or during the tour, please secure the scene and report it to the police immediately. Our tour guide will cooperate with the police investigation. To avoid affecting other travelers, our tour guide will not accompany customers to handle follow-up issues regarding lost luggage. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred. We recommend purchasing travel property insurance before your trip.
  16. Our company is not responsible for any damage or loss of travelers' luggage, handbags, or personal items. If necessary, please purchase relevant personal international travel insurance.
  17. If you are traveling with a child (under 8 years old), please inform Customer Support when booking and provide the child's age to ensure that a child seat is prepared (US$20/time). Failure to provide this information may result in the inability to arrange a safety seat, which may cause itinerary delays until the child seat is ready. Any resulting delay costs and losses incurred from providing the infant/child seat (including but not limited to rental fees, fines for violating laws by not placing the child in a child seat, and costs related to driver license points deduction or suspension and customer complaints) will be borne by the guest.
  18. Guests participating in boutique small-group tours need to pay the tour fee domestically. Costs other than the tour fee must be paid in cash while abroad.
  19. As one of the world's top 10 photography destinations, you must strictly follow the rules during your visit to Antelope Canyon: taking photos on stairs is prohibited, you must follow the Navajo guide at all times, and you are not allowed to carve on rock walls, litter, or urinate in public. Bringing bags, camera tripods, or monopods, and climbing on rock walls are prohibited. If there is any violation, the Navajo operators of Antelope Canyon have the right to send you back to the entrance immediately without refunding the paid admission fees.
  20. Whether specific optional activities can be arranged depends on the actual situation of the group on the day. We do not guarantee that they will proceed, so please do not prepay for related costs.
