- Important Notes
- eSIM is not supported on iPhones purchased in mainland China. For iPhones purchased in Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE2, and iPhone XS support eSIM; other models are not supported. Please confirm the purchase region of your phone before ordering.
- The following Samsung models purchased in the US do not support eSIM: S20 Series, Galaxy S21 5G Series, Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Note 20 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Fold 2.
- Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in Hong Kong do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 purchased in South Korea does not support eSIM.
- Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 has eSIM functionality, it is unstable, and we do not recommend purchasing it.

- Samsung phone compatibility varies by region; please check the list of countries that support eSIM before purchasinglist.
- iOS 12.1 or later is required. eSIM is not available on iPhones sold in mainland China, and availability is limited on some models in Hong Kong and Macau.

Each QR code can only be scanned by one device. Once bound, do not change or delete it.
To stop using the eSIM, you can remove the plan by tapping Remove Mobile Plan at the bottom of your phone's eSIM settings.
Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If excessive data is used in a short period, the operator reserves the right to restrict usage, which may result in temporary speed throttling or disconnection. It is recommended to disable automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair Internet access for all users at all times, every telecom operator has a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) in place. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, affecting others, the operator may temporarily throttle the speed. We cannot intervene in this process, and your connection may be temporarily affected. To ensure stable usage, please avoid long periods of video streaming or software updates that consume large amounts of data.
Please note that Internet speed may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, number of users, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your home carrier.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
