After booking, you may request adjustments within the daily service hours and route conditions; the final arrangement will be confirmed based on daily vehicle usage time, traffic conditions, attraction distances, and vehicle operating conditions.

【Accommodation Arrangements】

This product does not include traveler accommodation expenses. Recommended cities for stay: 1st night in downtown Osaka, 2nd night in downtown Kyoto. Please book your hotels independently. After the order is confirmed, please provide the full hotel name and address. This route is specifically designed for the Osaka to Kyoto transition, allowing you to travel directly from Kyoto to Uji and Nara on the 3rd day, reducing unnecessary travel. Changing your accommodation city independently may affect the itinerary schedule, travel distance, and price; please confirm in advance.

【Package Settings】

• Option 1: 7-seater, suitable for families and small groups. Actual recommended passenger capacity must be confirmed based on the number and size of luggage.
• Option 2: 10-seater, suitable for larger families and groups of friends. Actual capacity may need to be reduced if there is a lot of large luggage.

【Vehicle Usage Time and Itinerary Adjustment Rules】

This product is a 3-day consecutive private tour service. In principle, the maximum daily service time is 10 hours, including hotel pick-up/drop-off, travel time, time spent at attractions, and meal times. Recommended hours: DAY 1 09:00–19:00; DAY 2 08:30–18:30; DAY 3 08:30–18:30. The actual departure time can be confirmed after the order is placed. This product includes a complete default recommended route. If you have specific attractions you wish to visit, you may request adjustments after booking. We will confirm the final itinerary based on the 10-hour daily service limit, distances between attractions, daily traffic conditions, attraction business hours, and vehicle operating conditions. A private tour does not mean unlimited attractions or cross-regional travel can be added on the day. If adjustments result in extra mileage, cross-regional pick-up/drop-off, or overtime, additional fees may apply.
