【Hotel and Pick-up/Drop-off Rules】

• Accommodation costs are not included in this product; please book your hotel in Osaka independently.
• This product is based on pick-up and drop-off within Osaka city for all 3 days. We recommend staying in Osaka for the duration of the trip to avoid the inconvenience of changing hotels and moving luggage daily.
• After your order is confirmed, please provide the full name and address of your hotel.
• If you wish to change your accommodation city, request cross-region pick-up/drop-off, or change the final drop-off location, this must be confirmed in advance. Additional mileage, overtime, or other operational costs may incur extra charges.

【Usage Hours and Itinerary Adjustment Rules】

This product is a 3-day consecutive private tour service. In principle, the maximum duration is 10 hours per day, including driving time and time spent at attractions. Suggested times: DAY 1 09:00–19:00; DAY 2 08:30–18:30; DAY 3 08:30–18:30. A recommended itinerary is provided, but you may request adjustments after booking. We will confirm the final itinerary based on daily usage hours, traffic conditions, distance between attractions, and vehicle operational requirements. Adjustments resulting in extra mileage, cross-region transfers, or overtime may incur additional fees. The itinerary times provided are for reference only; actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, attraction operating status, and time spent at each location.

Capacity: 11 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage / 13 passengers (large luggage is not recommended)

* The luggage capacity above is based on a 28-inch suitcase as a standard. Actual capacity may vary depending on luggage size, shape, and vehicle configuration.

* For some vehicle models, if the number of passengers is less than the seat limit, empty seats can be used for extra luggage space; for every passenger reduced, approximately one 24-inch suitcase can be accommodated.

* If you have a large amount of luggage or large-sized items, we recommend choosing a larger vehicle model.

* Infants and children are counted as passengers. One child safety seat can be provided free of charge per vehicle. Please select the required quantity when booking (additional seats are 2,000 JPY each).

• This product is a private tour, not a shared ride.
• Daily service hours include vehicle travel time and time spent at attractions.
• Actual vehicle models may vary due to daily scheduling, but we will provide a vehicle that meets your booking plan and passenger requirements.
• Please ensure you provide accurate information regarding the number of passengers and luggage pieces at the time of booking.
• Traffic congestion may occur in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, and Kobe during weekends, public holidays, and peak travel seasons. Itinerary order and stay duration may be adjusted based on traffic conditions on the day.
• In the event of temporary attraction closures, road blocks, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary will be adjusted with safety and feasibility as the priority.
• For attraction tickets, restaurants, and experiences that require reservations, travelers should make arrangements according to the product instructions or inquire in advance if assistance is available.
• Cross-region transfers, additional attractions, or extended usage hours not confirmed in advance may incur extra charges.
