1. Price & Description

• Indonesia Electronic Visa on Arrival is for travelers who wish to visit Indonesia for leisure (including tourism, medical, government visit, business meeting, and transit) up to 30 days and can be extended once for another 30 days at the Immigration Office in the area where the foreign national lives
• The price includes Visa fee (Charged by the Indonesia Embassy) + Service fee + Tax 
• The service includes: Visa Consultancy + Verification of applicant documents + Form filling + Application submission to the embassy 
• Please note that this service is **Non-refundable**
  

2. Required Documents

Indonesia Electronic Visa on Arrival

Documents required:

• Your WhatsApp number and email

• Copy of your passport

• Colored photo 3 cm x 4 cm

• Return AND onward flight ticket

• Place of Birth 

• Full Address in Indonesia 

3. Application Procedure

(1) Place your order and make the payment

(2) Prepare your documents, we will email you a link to upload the document and checklist of the required items

(3) Upload digital files of all required documents via the link given

(4) We will verify your documents and provide feedback via the agreed communication channel (KKday, WhatsApp or Email)

(5) We will submit your application to the immigration authorities

(6) Once complete (in 3-5 days), you can retrieve your granted Indonesia e-visa via the same link which you used to upload your document

4. Service Hours and Time Zone

SPUN operational hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Western Indonesia Time / WIB, UTC+7).

Please note that response time and document review are conducted during operational hours only. For urgent visa applications, we strongly recommend avoiding submissions close to weekends or public holidays to prevent delays that may affect your travel schedule.
