Seniors aged 60 and above must be accompanied by at least 1 adult friend or family member and sign a Health Commitment Form. We do not accept applications from pregnant women or those with a history of infectious diseases, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, or mental illness.
Sunshine Ski Resort is the default, but it may be adjusted based on the resort's opening status and the number of participants on the day.
As Northeast China is significantly affected by weather, if heavy snow leads to highway closures, the itinerary will be adjusted to rail transportation. Specific transportation methods and cost arrangements are as follows:
Scenario 1: Full road closure in both directions
You must arrive at Harbin Station on your own to take the train. Staff will meet you at Yabuli Railway Station to continue the group itinerary. At the end of the tour, staff will drop you off at Yabuli Railway Station, and you will take the train back to Harbin on your own to conclude the tour.
1. Regular train (3.5 hours): If a regular train hard seat is arranged, the round-trip ticket cost will be covered by the travel agency.
2. Bullet train (1.5 hours): If a bullet train second-class seat is arranged, you may authorize the travel agency to purchase it on your behalf. You will be responsible for the price difference between the bullet train second-class seat and the regular train hard seat, which will be collected by staff on-site (estimated price difference: CNY 38.5 per person one-way, CNY 77 per person round-trip).
Special note: If second-class tickets for the outbound journey are sold out, you will be upgraded to a first-class seat. You will need to pay the price difference between the first-class seat and the regular train ticket (estimated price difference: CNY 83.5 per person one-way, CNY 167 per person round-trip).
Scenario 2: One-way road closure
If roads are closed for the outbound journey: You must arrive at Harbin Station on your own to take the train. Staff will meet you at Yabuli Railway Station to continue the group itinerary. You will return by tourist bus and disperse at the designated location.
If roads are closed for the return journey: Gather at the notified time for the outbound journey and travel by tourist bus. At the end of the tour, staff will drop you off at Yabuli Railway Station, and you will take the train back to Harbin on your own to conclude the tour.
1. Regular train (3.5 hours): If a regular train hard seat is arranged, the one-way ticket cost will be covered by the travel agency.
2. Bullet train (1.5 hours): If a bullet train second-class seat is arranged, you may authorize the travel agency to purchase it on your behalf. You will be responsible for the price difference between the bullet train second-class seat and the regular train hard seat, which will be collected by staff on-site (estimated price difference: CNY 38.5 per person one-way).

Travelers holding a passport or Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao must provide a photo of the first page of their document to purchase bullet train tickets. Please send your booking number and photos of the first page of all travelers' documents to the supplier's email address provided on your voucher as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Please arrive at the pickup point at the time agreed upon by the tour staff. Do not be late to avoid delaying the itinerary for yourself and other travelers.
You must present your original ID card, passport, or Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao to enter all attractions. Please be sure to carry the document used during booking. Travelers must provide accurate information (name, ID number, etc.) to avoid unnecessary losses.
If you qualify for the current free admission policy of an attraction, the ticket refund will not be based on the attraction's official listed price, but will be calculated according to the travel agency's group discount policy.
Farmhouse B&Bs feature traditional kang beds, typically in 4-6 person rooms. Men and women are separated, and you will share the room with others of the same gender. Disposable toiletries are not provided; please bring your own.
For single travelers, we will try our best to arrange a shared room with other travelers. If a shared room cannot be arranged, you will need to pay a single room supplement (approximately CNY 150-600 depending on the peak/off-peak season). If you choose not to share a room, you must pay the single room supplement.
Attractions measure children's height with shoes on, not barefoot. Please keep this in mind when booking. If you are measured at the attraction and exceed the height limit for discounted tickets, you will need to purchase a ticket on-site. The on-site purchase process is complicated and may affect the group's overall schedule.
The return time may be delayed due to weather, so please do not book other activities on the day of your return.
Transportation costs to the meeting point, from the drop-off point to your hotel, or any local transportation costs (such as taking a train due to heavy snow and then traveling to your hotel or airport) are at your own expense.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from force majeure (such as ferry schedules, weather, or flight issues).
Clothing: During winter travel in Northeast China, temperatures along the route are low, ranging from 0°C to -20°C, and can reach below -30°C in some areas. The temperature difference between indoors and outdoors is significant, so choose loose-fitting clothing that is easy to put on and take off. The climate in Northeast China is dry, and both indoor areas and tourist vehicles are heated, so it will not feel excessively cold. A down jacket, sweater, and thermal leggings are generally sufficient, except at ski resorts. Keeping your feet warm is particularly important; we recommend a pair of thick-soled, non-slip fur boots, perhaps one size larger to accommodate thermal insoles or thick socks. Also, bring lightweight, windproof gloves, a scarf, and a warm hat or earmuffs. If you want to take great photos, bring several hats in different styles and colors, which you can also swap with travel companions. If you prefer not to carry them, you can purchase affordable, high-quality winter gear at your first stop in Northeast China, where there is a wide variety of materials and styles available.
Alpine skiing: Skiing is an exciting experience, but it carries risks for unprepared beginners. Please assess your own physical condition and act within your limits. Skiing consumes a lot of energy; it is recommended to have some chocolate and water before you start. Be sure to stretch and warm up your joints before skiing. When walking on icy or snowy ground, keep your knees slightly bent and your center of gravity forward to avoid slipping. Read the ski resort's rules carefully before skiing, understand the regulations, and learn basic techniques from an instructor. Follow the staff's instructions during skiing and do not enter forests or advanced ski slopes without authorization. Most skiing activities in the itinerary are located in forest areas; please be mindful of fire safety and strictly refrain from smoking in the wild.
Eye protection: Snow in the north is deep and reflective in winter. Be sure to wear sunglasses when going out to protect your eyes from snow blindness caused by sunlight reflecting off the snow.
Private vendors often follow travelers at attraction entrances and inside the park. The quality of their goods varies, so please be cautious when purchasing and remember to ask for a receipt. Do not trust street vendors or supermarket promotions along the way to avoid unnecessary expenses. Any purchases made in these places are your own personal behavior and are not related to the travel agency.
Please keep your personal belongings, identification, and valuables with you at all times. Do not leave them with others or unattended in the vehicle or your room. We are not responsible for any loss. During free time, please remain vigilant about your personal safety and the security of your belongings.
Do not linger too long at attractions or shopping areas, as this may cause you to fall behind or delay the tour. Please follow the tour leader's instructions, arrive at the designated meeting point on time for pickup, and do not wander off alone to avoid disrupting the overall itinerary.
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
