2. No refunds will be provided if the fireworks are cancelled, suspended, or shortened after the boat has departed from the pier. If conditions permit, the Yakatabune cruise, onboard dining, soft drinks, and traditional performances will be provided as planned; some services may be adjusted or cancelled due to force majeure.
