Booking Notes:
1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children cannot join this tour. For safety reasons, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip to join.
2. Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including name, gender, valid contact details (mobile phone preferred for notifications), and accurate flight information or meeting point to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel. Losses caused by incorrect information provided by you will be borne by you.
3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. The maximum legal occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per hotel requirements, each group must carry at least one credit or debit card usable at the destination for hotel deposit and check-in procedures according to specific hotel policies. If there are no personal charges, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after checkout. We guarantee the number of rooms but not specific room types or locations. Hotel check-in is usually after 15:00.
4. Guests must purchase tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using City Pass is not permitted. Ticket prices and meal costs on the tour may change based on temporary notices from attractions; prices announced by the attraction on the day shall prevail.
5. To ensure smooth operation, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted, but no included items will be removed.
6. During the tour, the guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of sightseeing, duration, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the trip proceeds smoothly.
7. In the event of temporary attraction closures or closures during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the guide will adjust the itinerary to exterior views or substitute other attractions to ensure a rich experience. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change due to the pandemic; please understand that this is considered force majeure.
8. Children under eight must use a safety seat. Rental service is available at USD$10.00/person/day. Please notify us in advance when booking so we can prepare. Any violations or fines resulting from failure to notify us will be borne by the guest. If a large bus is provided on the day of travel, safety seats are not required, and the fee can be refunded.
9. Many attractions require a basic level of physical fitness. Disabled persons or those with limited mobility should contact us for policy information before booking. If not notified in advance, we cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.
10. This is a group tour. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the guide's consent. You must sign a departure agreement, and the unfinished portion will be considered a voluntary withdrawal with no refund.
11. A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tours, to be collected by the guide during the trip.
Special Instructions:
1) No fuel surcharge applies on airport pickup/drop-off days if there is no other bus itinerary.
2) No fuel surcharge applies on days without bus services: e.g., Florida products where guests take park shuttles to theme parks, or train tours where the entire day involves train travel without guide or bus services.
12. To ensure a complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the guide's meeting times. The bus will depart without waiting if guests are more than ten minutes late. We strive for punctuality, but we cannot guarantee arrival times due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorism. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs (flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses) resulting from these factors.
14. You may be transferred to a different vehicle and assigned a different guide and driver during the trip.
15. The following tips will help you check in faster: carry a valid photo ID and present a printed or electronic itinerary.

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Pregnant women
