Booking Notes:
1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted on this tour. For safety reasons, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour to participate.
2. Please ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete, including full name, gender, valid contact information (mobile phone is preferred for urgent notifications), and accurate flight details or meeting points to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel. Any losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by you will be at your own expense.
3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. Each room can legally accommodate 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per hotel requirements, each group must carry at least one credit or debit card valid at the destination for incidental deposits and check-in procedures according to specific hotel policies. If there are no personal charges, the deposit will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out. We guarantee the number of rooms, but not the specific room type or location. Hotel check-in time is generally after 15:00.
4. Guests must purchase tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted. Attraction ticket prices and meal costs on the tour are subject to change based on official notices from the attractions, and the prices announced on the day will prevail.
5. To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, the itinerary sequence may be adjusted when necessary, provided that all included items remain unchanged.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the sequence of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the tour proceeds smoothly.
7. In the event that an attraction is temporarily closed or closed for holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include an exterior view or substitute it with another attraction to ensure a rich experience. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change due to the pandemic; please understand that such impacts are considered force majeure.
8. Children under eight years old are required to use a safety seat. Rental service is available at USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. Any fines or violations resulting from failure to notify us in advance will be borne by the guest. Please note that if a large bus is used on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.
9. Many attractions on the itinerary require a basic level of physical fitness. Guests with disabilities or limited mobility should contact us in advance for relevant policy information. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or appropriate seating.
10. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify the guide in advance and obtain their consent. You will be required to sign a departure agreement, and the unfinished portion of the tour will be considered a voluntary withdrawal; no tour fees will be refunded.
11. A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tours and will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.
Special Instructions:
1) No fuel surcharge applies on airport pick-up or drop-off days if there are no other bus tour arrangements.
2) No fuel surcharge applies on days without bus service: for example, in Florida-related products where guests use park shuttles to travel to and from theme parks, or in train tour products where the entire day consists of train travel without a guide or bus service.
12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. The bus will depart without waiting if guests are more than ten minutes late. We strive to provide punctual service, but we cannot guarantee arrival times due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs, such as flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses, resulting from such delays.
14. You may be transferred to a different vehicle during the trip, and different guides or drivers may be assigned to provide service.
15. The following suggestions will help you check in faster and more efficiently: please carry a valid photo ID and present a printed or digital copy of your itinerary.

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
