Booking Notes:

1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted on this tour. For the safety of expectant mothers, pregnant guests must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip.

2. Please ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete, including full name, gender, valid contact information (mobile number is preferred for urgent notifications), and accurate flight details or meeting points to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel. Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you will be at your own expense.

3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. Each room can legally accommodate 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per hotel requirements, each group of guests must carry at least one credit or debit card valid at the destination to cover incidental deposits and check-in procedures according to hotel policies. If there are no personal charges, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after checkout. While the number of rooms is guaranteed, specific room types and locations cannot be guaranteed. Hotel check-in time is generally after 15:00.

4. Guests must purchase tickets through the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted. Ticket prices and meal costs during the tour may change based on temporary official notices from attractions; prices are subject to those posted on the day of the visit.

5. To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, the itinerary sequence may be adjusted when necessary, provided that all included items remain unchanged.

6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the sequence of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.

7. In the event of temporary closures of attractions or closures due to holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a rich experience. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change due to the pandemic; please understand that any resulting impact on the itinerary is considered a force majeure event.

8. Children under eight years old must use a safety seat. Rental service is available at USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. Any fines or violations resulting from failure to notify us in advance will be borne by the guest. Please understand that if a large bus is arranged for the day, safety seats are not required, and the fee can be refunded.

9. Many attractions on the itinerary require a basic level of physical fitness. Guests with disabilities or limited mobility should contact us for relevant policy information before booking. If not notified in advance, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or appropriate seating arrangements.

10. This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the guide's consent. A departure agreement must be signed. Any uncompleted portions of the tour will be considered as a voluntary withdrawal, and no refund will be provided.

11. A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tour products and will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.

Special Notes:

1) No fuel surcharge applies on airport pickup or drop-off days if there are no other bus tour arrangements.

2) No fuel surcharge applies on days without bus service: for example, Florida-related products where guests use park shuttles to travel to theme parks, or train tour products where the entire day consists of train travel without tour guide or bus services.

12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the vehicle will depart without waiting. We strive to provide punctual service; however, we cannot guarantee arrival times due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs incurred, such as flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses, due to itinerary delays caused by these factors.

14. You may be transferred to a different vehicle and assigned a different tour guide or driver during the trip.
