Therefore, the time displayed at the time of booking may differ from the actual meeting time.

  • After your booking is confirmed, we will inform you of the meeting place for the day. Hamigo adjusts the tour time and route according to the tide level and sea conditions, so we will contact you with details after your booking is confirmed.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • Hamigo is located in a natural setting, and there are sections where you will need to use ropes to climb up and down rocky areas. The ground becomes muddy and slippery, especially after rain, increasing the risk of falls and slips. Therefore, in case of rain or if the footing is poor after rain, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons. In addition to rain, the tour may also be canceled in case of strong winds, thunderstorms, heavy rain, or if the guide deems it unsafe to conduct the tour. The guide will make a decision on whether or not to conduct the tour after checking the weather and the footing at the site on the day. Please understand that this decision will be made with your safety as the top priority.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
