How to Use

  • TRA Holiday does not provide physical tickets for exchange or refund. Please use the ride QR code provided by KKday to scan and enter/exit the station and board the train. The ticket is valid only for the date and train specified on the ticket. Each QR code is for one person only, and the same QR code must be used for both entering and exiting the station. Do not scan the QR code repeatedly. Repeated scanning may cause verification errors and affect your boarding rights.
  • Travelers must board the train according to the ticket information (including travel date, train type, departure time, arrival time, departure station, arrival station, train number, car number, seat number, and ticket type). If the information does not match, it will be treated as traveling without a ticket. You will be required to pay the full fare for the entire journey, and additional fees may be charged in accordance with the passenger transport contract.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
