Regarding the cancellation of the event:

Please understand that "good observation conditions" are not always guaranteed. You may not be able to see the scenery you expect, and please make your reservation with this understanding. We will not offer refunds or other compensation if you cannot see the stars or sunset. - If it is not safe to hold the event due to strong winds, high waves, heavy rain, etc. → The event will be canceled. - If it is cloudy but safe to hold the event (no rain) → The event will generally proceed. The quality of observation conditions will not be a factor in deciding whether to cancel. - If it is drizzling, raining intermittently, or the sky is covered with thick clouds → We will meet at the site and discuss the matter based on the latest weather radar information. If we decide not to hold the event after discussing it at the site, there will be no cancellation fee, but if you cancel beforehand without meeting, a cancellation fee will be charged. In the case of uncertain weather, the decision will be made on site.

Important notes regarding course participation:
