Booking Notes:
1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Minors or children traveling alone are not permitted. Pregnant travelers must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the tour.
2. Please ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete, including names, gender, valid contact information (mobile phone is preferred for urgent notifications), and correct flight details or meeting points, to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel. Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you shall be borne by you.
3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per hotel requirements, each group must carry at least one credit or debit card valid at the destination for incidental deposits and check-in procedures according to hotel policies. If no personal charges are incurred, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after checkout. We guarantee the number of rooms, but not specific room types or locations. Hotel check-in is generally after 15:00.
4. Guests must purchase tickets through the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted. Admission fees and meal costs on the tour are subject to change based on official notices; prices announced by the attraction on the day of the visit shall prevail.
5. To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, the itinerary sequence may be adjusted if necessary, provided that all included items remain unchanged.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the sequence of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
7. In the event of temporary closures or holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) that prevent access to attractions, the guide will adjust the itinerary to include exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a rich experience. Opening hours and visitor flow controls for attractions and national parks may change due to the pandemic; please understand that such disruptions are considered force majeure.
8. Children under eight must use a safety seat. Rental service is available at USD$10.00/person/day. Please note this in your booking so we can prepare in advance. Any violations or fines resulting from failure to notify us will be the responsibility of the guest. If a large bus is used on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.
9. Many attractions require a basic level of physical fitness. Guests with disabilities or limited mobility should contact us before booking to obtain relevant policy information. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.
10. This is a group tour. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the guide's consent. A departure agreement must be signed. Any unfinished parts of the tour will be considered as a voluntary withdrawal, and no refund will be provided.
11. A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tours and will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.
Special Notes:
1) No fuel surcharge applies on airport pick-up or drop-off days if there are no other bus tour activities.
2) No fuel surcharge applies on days without bus service, such as Florida products where guests use park shuttles to visit theme parks, or train tour products where the entire day consists of train travel without guide or bus services.
12. To ensure a complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the guide. The bus will depart without waiting if guests are more than ten minutes late. We strive to provide punctual service, but we cannot guarantee arrival times due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs (flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses) resulting from such delays.
13. You may be transferred to a different vehicle or assigned a different guide and driver during the trip.
14. The following tips will help you check in faster and more smoothly: Please carry a valid photo ID and present your printed or electronic itinerary.
