3. Hotels offer different room types, such as one King/Queen size bed or two Double size beds. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. As per the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must carry at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination to cover the security deposit and check-in procedures according to the hotel's specific policies. If there are no personal charges, the hotel will refund the deposit to the original payment method within 7-14 working days after check-out. The number of rooms is guaranteed, but specific room types and locations are not. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.

4. Guests must purchase tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted. Attraction ticket prices and meal costs during the tour may change based on temporary notices from the attraction, and the prices announced by the attraction on the day shall prevail.

We are committed to providing punctual service, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pick-up/drop-off locations in the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks.
