Children aged 0-2 years old who do not occupy a seat participate for free. Children aged 2 years and above are charged the same price as adults. If you are traveling with a child aged 0-2 years old (who is free), one adult can only bring one free child. Please indicate this in the order notes. The price does not include admission to the Hitachi Seaside Park (national park). Please pay for your own admission (or you can pay the tour leader in cash on the day of your visit, and they will assist you in purchasing the ticket). Adults (high school students and above): 450 yen during regular season, 800 yen during peak season; Seniors (65 years and older): 210 yen (560 yen during peak season); Junior high school students and younger: Free. Flower blooming is subject to weather and other natural factors, and the viewing experience cannot be guaranteed. We apologize if the viewing experience is not as expected.
In September, the broom grass is still mainly green and has not yet fully turned red, so its ornamental value may be limited. Please refer to the official announcements regarding the actual blooming status and color of the flowers. Thank you for your understanding.
Vehicle type: Different vehicle types will be arranged according to the actual number of travelers. It is impossible to specify a vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding. For small groups, the driver/tour leader will provide Chinese/Japanese-speaking service on the bus, and you are free to visit the attractions at your own pace. For groups of 14 or more, a tour guide will be arranged. Due to limited luggage storage space, each person can bring one standard-sized piece of luggage free of charge. If you wish to bring a large suitcase, please indicate this in the remarks column.
We will send a pre-departure notification email between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM (Japan time) the night before departure, including the tour leader's contact information, vehicle license plate number, meeting time and location, and other relevant information. Please check your spam/junk mail folder promptly. During peak season, there may be slight delays in email delivery; your understanding is appreciated. If you receive multiple emails, the latest one will be considered the most accurate.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As this is a shared ride tour, latecomers will not be waited for and no refund will be given. Please pay close attention to the tour leader's instructions regarding stop times and meeting times at each attraction. You will be solely responsible for all costs and liabilities incurred due to lateness. Thank you for your understanding.

In the event of delays due to force majeure events such as weather or traffic disruptions, the tour leader will flexibly adjust the itinerary order on-site, or shorten or cancel the stay time at some attractions as needed, to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the trip. In the event of typhoons, blizzards, or other inclement weather, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made one day prior to departure (18:00 local time), and notifications will be sent via email thereafter.
