Start with a thorough safety briefing and on-water instruction so you feel comfortable before opening up the throttle. Tours run in small groups (up to five jet skis) and follow a strict safety program with ongoing supervision throughout the ride. Cruise at your own pace as you cut across crystal-clear bay waters, take in panoramic views of the lush shoreline, and keep an eye out for wildlife while your guide shares stories about the area.

Your destination is Power Island, where you’ll have time to slow down and enjoy the setting. Stretch out on pristine beaches, take a refreshing swim, or simply relax before riding back across the bay to Traverse City.

You’ll ride premium Sea-Doo GTI SE jet skis chosen for stability and smooth performance in bay conditions. Each ski can seat up to three, but is limited to two riders per ski for comfort. No boating license is required. Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, and passengers ages 6+ are welcome—making it a standout way to experience the bay with friends or family.

  • Know Before You Go: All jet ski drivers must be 18+ years old and have a valid Driver’s License and a credit card with a name matching the Drivers License for the Damage Deposit.

  • Know Before You Go: TC Watersports will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. The booth staff will assess the weather and should the staff determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the tour/rental or send out a tour/rental may be postponed or it will be canceled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour/rental during your stay. If you are unable to reschedule your tour/rental, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for the full dollar value of your rental towards a future rental or receiving a 50% refund.
