- Good to know
- All tickets must be redeemed between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM at the WonderTrip Foreigner Service Center inside Vivaldi Park.
- The activity runs in rain or snow. In case of extreme weather, cancellation notices will be sent 1–2 days in advance with a full refund.
- Snowyland soft opening usually occurs between Dec 10–15 with limited access. Final opening dates may vary depending on weather.
- Opening dates for Ski World & Snowyland depend on weather conditions. Refunds will be provided in case of major delays or closures.
- Expect larger crowds and longer wait times during Korean public holidays.
- Park facility closures (due to weather, maintenance, or events) may occur without prior notice. No refunds will be given for same-day cancellations due to these situations.
- Ticket Redemption & On-Site Use
Customers may book through KKday until 3:00 PM on the day of use. After arriving at Vivaldi Park, present your KKday voucher at the dedicated WonderTrip counter to exchange it for a physical ticket.

Operating Hours: Daily during the winter season, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Cancelation policy
- No refunds or changes will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals
- The tickets can only be used on your select date.
-This ticket is not an open ticket and can only be used on the date selected by the customer at the time of booking.
Before 3:00 PM on the date of use: Refunds are available if the ticket has not been used.
After 3:00 PM on the date of use: No refund is available, even if the ticket has not been used.
Even if the ticket has not been collected, it will be considered a no-show after 3:00 PM, and no refund will be available.

Proper ski gear and a valid pass are require to access the ski field.
Skiing is not recommended for elderly guests, pregnant individuals, or those with serious health conditions.
Coin lockers are available near the rental area for personal items.
Travel insurance is not included. Guests are responsible for assessing their health and safety before participating. The operator is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses caused by unforeseen events or force majeure.
