- There is a river tunnel in the Kumeji Gorge, and paddling through it on a SUP offers a truly magical experience. You can also paddle under the Kumeji Bridge, which is designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan. Beyond the bridge, you will find a waterfall, where the scenery and cool water will soothe your soul!

- We draw from a miraculous natural spring that gushes from the foot of the Fudo Myoo statue enshrined at the base of Fudo Falls. The water is a sulfur-containing - sodium, magnesium, calcium - sulfate, hydrogen carbonate cold mineral spring, rich in many beneficial minerals. It has long been cherished by locals and is known as a medicinal bath that cures all illnesses. The temperature is carefully adjusted so it is not too hot, allowing you to soak and relax for a long time.

- Shinshu Jingisukan, with a history that rivals Hokkaido's, features an exquisite taste marinated in a secret sauce. - 00:00Pick-up. We will pick you up at the Nagano Station Yumeria Bus Park in a private vehicle. *Photos are for illustrative purposes. We will actually pick you up in a microbus or HiAce.
- 01:00SUP lecture. First, we will do some warm-up exercises and receive a lecture on how to enjoy SUP. As a water and paddle sport, SUP requires various skills. Our guide will teach you carefully, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
- 02:00SUP tour. As you progress along the tour course, various spectacular views unfold. Enjoy the large rocks, tree tunnels, river tunnels, Kumeji Bridge, and waterfalls.
- 03:00SUP tour ends. When the fun 2-hour tour is over, even the children who looked anxious at the start will have faces full of confidence. It was a special experience that felt like merging with the great outdoors. After changing in the dressing room, you can choose to soak in the hot springs at the nearby Shinshu Fudo Onsen Sagirisou or enjoy some Jingisukan—it was a truly satisfying day.
- 04:00Hot spring bathing. After working up a sweat on the SUP, refresh yourself in the hot springs.
- 04:30Jingisukan feast. Satisfy your appetite with Sagirisou's premium lamb Jingisukan plan.
- 05:30Drop-off. We will take you from Sagirisou to the Nagano Station Yumeria Bus Park. The tour ends upon arrival. Thank you for your hard work today.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- This tour will proceed rain or shine, but will be canceled in case of severe weather. Also, as the tour takes place on a dam lake, it may be canceled depending on the dam's water release status.
