Questions regarding reservations:

  • Question 1: What is the participant's height and preferred bicycle (road bike or electric-assist hybrid bike)?

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • As a general rule, tours will proceed in light rain, but will be canceled in severe weather. Even in light rain, we will consult with customers before deciding whether to proceed or cancel. Please rest assured that there will be no cancellation fees if the tour is canceled due to rain. Mudguards and rain gear will be provided for tours held in rainy weather.

Important notes regarding course participation:

  • For tandem bicycles for children taller than 140 cm, children between 100 cm and 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

Other special notes:

  • Please understand that due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or traffic conditions, we may not be able to follow the planned course. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. As we will be driving on public roads, you must follow the guide's instructions at all times.

Reminders

  • Ages of participation: 6 to 100 years old

  • Regarding clothing and belongings: Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Sunglasses, gloves, sunscreen, and insect repellent are recommended. A spare portable windbreaker is also a good idea. We will provide detailed advice on appropriate clothing for the season, unique to Hokkaido. Please feel free to ask. Free rentals are available. (Please refrain from bringing valuables if possible.)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
