This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will contact you 2 days prior to departure to cancel and provide a full refund. Luggage is not permitted on this tour, and infants under 3 years old are not recommended to join. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will not be waited for and will be considered a voluntary abandonment of the tour; no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the meeting point at the designated time. Latecomers will not be waited for. This product is non-refundable, non-changeable, and cannot be transferred to another tour or joined midway. Being late or not participating will be considered as an automatic waiver, and no refund will be given.

  • The itinerary time is for reference only. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic disruptions or weather conditions, the tour guide reserves the right to reasonably adjust the order of attractions without reducing the number of sightseeing spots. If it rains, the Margaret River day trip will be replaced with the Canal Rock tour instead of the Sea Cliffs.

  • Fees will not be refunded if attractions are closed or inaccessible due to weather or other reasons.

  • If the final number of participants is less than 6, the vehicle type will be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
