  • This training course is designed for those who wish to experience not only takeoff and landing maneuvers but also utilize all the features equipped in the simulator. ・Customers without a pilot license are welcome to participate. ・Please book the training course for preparation for various aptitude tests. ・During the briefing, you and your instructor will plan your flight, choosing from approximately 45,000 major airports worldwide, and setting your preferred flight route and time. ・Experience time can be distributed among participants. ・Non-participating companions can enter the flight simulator area for free to observe. ・Career consultations are also available during the training course. The session includes a consultation and the flight simulator experience. As our instructors hold pilot licenses, they will provide advice based on their real-world experience. Please note that we are not a flight school, and we do not guarantee any qualifications or employment. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • Flight simulators are very delicate devices, and occasionally system malfunctions may occur. In such cases, we will contact you in advance, and we appreciate your understanding.

Important notes regarding course participation:

  • - If you are late, you may not be able to participate. - Children must be accompanied by a guardian during the experience. - You are free to take photos, eat and drink as you wish during the time. - If you plan to eat or drink inside the cabin mockup, please bring your own bottled drinks (with caps).

How to Get There
* **For those arriving by car:** Parking capacity: 543 cars Large buses: Allowed Parking fee: 520 yen per hour (180 minutes of free parking will be provided to those using the simulator) * **For those arriving by train:** Get off at JR Maihama Station, transfer to the Disney Resort Line Get off at "Resort Gateway Station" and walk for approximately 5 minutes Or take the free shuttle bus "Disney Resort Cruiser" for approximately 1 minute

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
