[Appointment and Treatment Schedule]

• This product requires an appointment. Please arrive at the store on time according to the date and time selected on your order. If you need to change the date, time, program, or number of people after making your appointment, please contact the store as soon as possible to confirm.

• The minutes listed on the product page represent the actual service time for the selected plan. Changing, pre-treatment consultation, and preparation time are not included in the listed service time; travelers are advised to allow sufficient travel time.

• The service content, treatment areas, and time allocation vary depending on the treatment course. Please confirm the selected plan and treatment time before purchasing. The actual service content is subject to the description of the appointment plan.

[Instructions for Choosing Each Option]

• Dry full-body massage is performed while wearing the massage clothes provided by the store. No massage oil is used throughout the process. It is suitable for customers who do not like the greasy feeling, want to reduce the exposure of their skin, or prefer pressing, kneading and stretching techniques.

• A full-body aromatherapy massage uses massage oil. The therapist will change clothing depending on the area being treated, and will expose some skin. The therapist will use a towel to cover areas not being treated, prioritizing the client's privacy and comfort.

• A full-body massage can be arranged as "foot massage + full-body massage" or "complete full-body massage" depending on the selected plan and individual needs. When choosing a foot massage + full-body massage, the foot service will be included in the original total time of the appointment. Therefore, the more time allocated to the feet, the less time will be allocated to the massage of other body parts.

• A focused massage of the upper or lower body is suitable for guests who already have specific areas of fatigue or wish to concentrate on relaxing specific areas within a limited time. This option is not a full-body massage.

• The scope of foot massage services will vary depending on the selected plan and may include areas such as the soles of the feet, the backs of the feet, the ankles, the calves, the shoulders and neck, or the back. Please refer to the actual content indicated in each plan.

• Facial treatments will include cleansing, basic skincare, facial massage, a face mask, and head or neck relaxation, depending on the selected time and plan. The services and procedures may vary depending on the plan; please confirm before purchasing.

• The Premium Package is a combination of aromatherapy full-body massage and facial treatment. The time allotted for the body massage and facial treatment will be allocated according to the contents indicated on the product page.

• Some plans include a warm lavender foot bath. Whether a foot bath is included and the duration of the foot bath will be confirmed according to the specific details of the chosen plan.

[Pre-treatment consultation]

• Before the treatment begins, please inform the staff of the main fatigued areas, the areas you wish to strengthen or avoid, your preferred massage pressure, and any special precautions you require.

• The massage pressure can be adjusted according to your personal preference. If you feel the pressure is too strong, experience pain, dizziness, or other discomfort during the treatment, please inform the massage therapist immediately. There is no need to force yourself to endure it.

• The massage therapist will adjust the order and techniques of the operation according to the client's physical condition, muscle tension and the selected treatment plan, so the actual treatment process may be different for each client.

Allergies and Health Precautions

• If you are sensitive to massage oils, essential oils, lavender, peppermint, herbal massage creams, fragrances, face masks, or cosmetic ingredients, please inform the staff when making your appointment and before the treatment begins.

• Upper body focus treatments may include the use of Thai herbal massage cream on the neck and shoulders. Clients who are sensitive to menthol, herbal ingredients, or topical massage products may request that these not be used before the treatment begins.

• If the treatment area has wounds, inflammation, severe swelling, skin diseases, sunburn, fractures, sprains, or injuries that have not fully healed, staff may avoid the area, adjust the treatment, or be unable to provide some services depending on the situation.

• It is generally recommended that pregnant women wait until they are at least three months pregnant before considering a suitable treatment. Even if a woman is more than three months pregnant, it does not mean that all pregnant women are suitable for massage. Please be sure to consult with the attending physician to confirm your physical condition and whether the chosen treatment is suitable before making an appointment.

• Pregnant women must inform us of their gestational age and physical condition before visiting the store. The actual service areas, positions, massage pressure, and available options may need to be adjusted according to individual circumstances.

• Those who have recently undergone surgery, or have cardiovascular disease, serious venous problems, bone and joint problems, or other special health conditions, please consult a doctor before purchasing and inform the store in advance.

• If you have a fever, acute physical discomfort, symptoms of infectious diseases, or other conditions that make you unsuitable for receiving services, it is recommended that you make an appointment after you have recovered.

• This service is for the purpose of physical relaxation, relieving travel fatigue, and beauty care. It is not a medical, rehabilitation, or treatment activity and cannot replace professional medical diagnosis and treatment.

[On-site additional services]

• If you wish to enhance your shoulders, neck, back, legs, feet, or other particularly fatigued areas, you can inquire about additional 10-minute sessions on-site, depending on your appointment and the masseur's availability.

• Additional services will be charged at an extra cost per 10 minutes. Please refer to the on-site staff for the actual available additional services, service time and cost.

• Foot massage add-ons are only available with plans that include foot services; aromatherapy add-ons are generally only available with aromatherapy plans. Once a dry massage is selected, it cannot be directly changed to a full-body aromatherapy massage via a short add-on.

• All additional services are subject to the condition of the masseuse and the client on the day and subsequent appointment times, so it cannot be guaranteed that every appointment can be added on the spot.

[Language and Other Considerations]

Most staff members can communicate in Chinese, and some can also speak English or Japanese. If you have specific language requirements, it is recommended to make a note of it when making your reservation, but we cannot guarantee that a specific staff member will be assigned to you.

• Product photos are primarily used to introduce the treatment content and overall atmosphere. The actual room, bed, supplies, products, procedure, and staff may vary depending on the day's operations.

• To ensure the service better suits your individual needs, please reconfirm your chosen plan, service time, whether foot massage is included, and which areas you wish to focus on or avoid before the treatment begins.

Additional massage service available on-site | 10,000 won per 10 minutes

Guests may request additional massages before the treatment begins, depending on their individual fatigue level and desired areas to be emphasized. Additional massages are generally charged in 10-minute increments, with an additional charge of 10,000 KRW per 10 minutes. A neck and shoulder massage (Décolleté) focusing on shoulder, neck, collarbone, and chest lymphatic relaxation costs 15,000 KRW per 10 minutes. All additional fees must be paid separately on-site.

• If the original treatment plan already includes a foot massage, an additional 10 minutes of foot and calf massage can be added.

• If the original treatment plan does not include a foot massage, an additional 10 minutes of foot massage cannot be added. Thank you for your understanding.

• Guests who choose an aromatherapy massage plan may add an additional 10 minutes of aromatherapy massage, or choose a 10-minute dry local massage.

• Neck and shoulder massage (Décolleté) primarily targets the neck, shoulders, collarbone, and surrounding area for relaxation. It costs 15,000 KRW per 10 minutes and is only available as an add-on to aromatherapy treatments.

• Guests choosing a dry massage option can add an extra 10 minutes of dry localized massage, but aromatherapy massage or neck and shoulder massage (Décolleté) cannot be added separately.

• Additional localized massage costs 10,000 KRW per 10 minutes. Areas such as head and neck, back and shoulders, waist, abdomen, legs, hands and arms can be selected according to preference.

• Add-on services are subject to availability based on daily bookings, therapist assignments, and available time. They are not available at all times. It is recommended to inform the staff of your request before the treatment begins.

How to Use Your Voucher

• Please present the e-voucher on-site
