Important notes regarding course participation:
- [Requests when using SUP rentals] ・Please be sure to wear a life jacket and leash. ・Please use within the area designated by the staff. (Entry into swimming areas is prohibited) ・Those who are intoxicated or feeling unwell are not permitted to use the equipment. ・Please always follow the instructions of the staff. ・Please handle the rental equipment appropriately in accordance with the staff's explanation and terms of use. Except for minor dirt and wear and tear from normal use, if the equipment is damaged or lost due to the customer's intentional act, negligence, violation of rules, or improper handling, you may be charged for repair costs, replacement costs, and other necessary actual costs. ・SUP is an activity performed in nature. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss unless there is negligence on the part of our facility. ・In the event of an accident or injury, please inform the staff immediately.

* For those arriving by car: We cannot accept reservations for those planning to arrive by car during the Obon period (August 8th to 16th).
* For those arriving by train: 8-minute walk from Omi-Maiko Station on the JR Kosei Line.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
