It is a tethered helium balloon that rises to a height of 100 meters, allowing you to view the World Heritage Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Group and the city of Sakai. Travel to Tsukuno by train. ② Why not experience creating your one-of-a-kind 'Sekka Shibori' (snowflake tie-dye) using 'Wazarashi' at Kadono Sarashi Dyeing, established in 1931? What is Wazarashi? It is a traditional industry in Sakai that has continued since the Edo period. It is characterized by a soft, fluffy texture that becomes even softer the more it is washed. ③ Shop for 'Tagane Mitarashi Dango' at the highly popular Ise Tagane Mochi Godaime Yajirobei in Tsukuno. Around 14:30, the tour will conclude at Tsukuno Station on the Hanwa Line.

- From a height of 100 meters above the ground, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the World Heritage Mozu Kofun Group, which includes the Nintoku-tenno-ryo Kofun (one of the world's three largest tombs), as well as the city of Osaka. Please note that the balloon may be suspended suddenly due to the previous day's forecast or strong winds on the day of the event. In such cases, the balloon ride fee will be refunded.
- Sekka Shibori Dyeing Experience at Kadono Sarashi Dyeing
- You will experience Wazarashi dyeing by choosing from a combination of 6 patterns and 6 types of dye. ① Use an iron to fold the long, white Wazarashi into triangles of about 10 cm. ② Choose your pattern and dye, then soak it in the dye container for several dozen seconds. It has a unique scent. ③ The workshop staff will rinse it with water (the color will not fade even if rinsed immediately). ④ Dry the dyed Wazarashi with an iron, and it is finished. Vinyl gloves are provided, so you do not need to worry about your hands getting dirty. You can take the dyed Wazarashi home immediately. The process takes about an hour.
