- Those who fail to attend on the day of departure will be considered to have automatically forfeited their participation, and the tour fee already paid will not be refunded.
- In the event of force majeure events such as weather, war, or strikes that prevent the tour from taking place, we will do our best to protect the safety of our guests and their property. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary, but we will not be liable for any direct or indirect responsibility caused by force majeure. Tour fees already paid will not be refunded.
- If you withdraw from the trip or are unable to participate in any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), the tour fee already paid will not be refunded, nor will it be compensated with other services.
- According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on tour buses and in most hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will professionally collect evidence. If caught smoking, there will be a cleaning fee of at least $250 per night. This fee is borne by the guest and our company will not be responsible. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
